How-to Guide: Delete Existing Nominee(s)

To appoint a new Beneficiary, please 'Delete' one of the existing Beneficiary first. You can proceed to amend the nominee by adding the nominee's details again after deleting them.

Follow these 9 steps to appoint or change your Nominee(s) as Beneficiary(ies)/Executor online. Ensure your registered mobile number is up to date before you start.

Update details of Beneficiary/Executor
Fill in all required fields for your new Beneficiary and/or Executor. After completing Contact Information, click "Add New Beneficiary".

Review Current Beneficiary(ies) — click "Delete" to remove existing nominee before appointing new one

Fill Beneficiary Personal Detail: Title, Name (as on NRIC/Passport), ID Type, ID Number, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Country of Birth, Relationship. Click "Next"

Fill Contact Information: Mobile number, Home/Office numbers, Email Address, and full mailing address. Click "Add New Beneficiary"

Verify newly appointed nominee details — click "Edit" to amend or "Delete" to remove

Click "Continue, Step 2.2: Allocation of Share" — ensure total allocation = 100%

Review all Beneficiary/Executor details on Step 3: Preview. Read & accept Personal Data Protection Notice. Fill in Witness details and click "Confirm".

Read Personal Data Protection Notice and tick: "I hereby declare I have read and agree the above Term and Condition"

Fill Consent Verification Detail (Witness): Name of Witness (as shown on NRIC/Passport), ID Type, ID Number, Mobile Number

Tick declaration: "I hereby declare the Witness appointed is above 18 years old and he/she is not the Beneficiary nor Executor."

Click "Confirm" to proceed to OTP verification
⚠️ Witness Requirements: The appointed Witness must be 18 years old and above, and must NOT be the Beneficiary or Executor. Their mobile number is required for OTP verification.

To appoint new Beneficiary, please 'Delete' one of the existing Beneficiary first. You can then add new nominee details after deleting.

Select your certificate. Tick the confirmation checkbox. Click "Continue, Step 2: Beneficiary/Executor Details".

Select 'Delete' action for the Nominee to be deleted or amended
Find the nominee in Current Beneficiary(ies) list. Click the "Delete" button. Then appoint a new nominee.
